LaKeah Wilkins is a multi-faceted shaker and mover in the industry.  LaKeah is a proven Leadership Development Advisor and Personal Life Empowerment Coach.  LaKeah has over 20+ years in Corporate America and 15+ years in HR.  She has worked in a variety of roles in both HR and Operations such Recruiting, Generalist, Benefits and Wellness Management; Purpose Catalyst, Project Management, Training/Development, Call Center Management and Education.  LaKeah is also a published Author, an editor and a monthly contributor with an online newspaper.

LaKeah prides herself on being a Business Support Partner and takes pride in not only taking a seat at the table but being viewed as a strategic, intricate part of the business.   LaKeah has also mentored and played an intricate role in the lives of many youth and adults empowering them to take control of their destiny.  LaKeah earned a Bachelors in English, a Master’s in Adult Education and a Masters in Human Resources Management.  LaKeah has also earned a Post-Bacc Certificate in Business with a specialization in HR Management. 

LaKeah has no desire for the ordinary.  She desires to help company leaders lead their organizations by motivating team members with forward-looking initiatives.  She is ready to be part of projects that will transcend human resources programs.  Her philosophy is that business adapt the methodology that it is not “the way we always did it” but “how do we make it exceptional “approach.   She is constantly looking for the kind of research, initiatives, and innovative thinking that propel organizations forward into the next generation.  She is an effective leader and decision maker and has experience executing ambitious goals.  She is a dot connector: Innovative, resourceful, willingness to overcome challenges, and the motivation to improve service delivery.
